Numbers & Music. One pot.
Two real-money bingo flagships — classic 90-ball and Bingo Beats — wired into one network, feeding a single progressive jackpot across every park.

Why it matters

The platform's cash register — now with two tills.

01 · Numbers
🎱

The classic

90-ball bingo — the game every UK park guest already knows. Loyal, books out the bingo room.

02 · Music
🎧

The new draw

Bingo Beats pulls a younger, bigger, livelier crowd that would never sit a numbers night.

03 · Turnover

cash sessions a night

Two ticketed games instead of one — roughly double the nightly sales into the pot.

04 · The moat
1

pot, every park

The linked layer is why a fifteen-park client licenses all fifteen — no single-venue system can answer it.

The central idea

Two games. One jackpot. Whatever you came for.

The funnel · two cash sessions

19:30
Bingo Beats

The cash warm-up

Fills the room early, full bar — levies into the pot from the first song.

20:30
House 90-ball

Local games

The park's own host calls two or three standard cash games. No network needed.

21:30
Network Final

Every park, one draw

The central feed takes the screen — numbers or music — for the shared pot.

21:45
The claim

Win theatre

A shout pauses the draw across the country; the pot pays, or rolls to tomorrow.

The progressive pot · format-agnostic

Tight to win, capped to drop.

Pot climbing to the must-drop ceiling£18,420 / £20,000
£0+£2,025 / night across both formatsMUST DROP · £20,000
Sliding-NThe fast finish

Pays a full house in ≤ N calls — N starts tight (38) and creeps +1 each session until won. Either format can trigger it, and the winner takes it on top of the normal prize.

Must-win-byThe guaranteed drop

At £20,000 the next session is a must-drop. With two formats feeding it, the ceiling arrives twice as fast — more "the pot MUST go" headline nights per season.

Showhub never touches the cash

We own the numbers, not the money.

Guests pay the venue's own till; the box records every sale because it prints every ticket. The ledger is authoritative without Showhub ever sitting in the payment chain.

The progressive hits its £20k must-drop ceiling in roughly half the time — bigger pots, more often, and a 10% platform fee on every ticket sold across both formats.

The printed artefact

One ticket pipeline,
numbers or titles.

Strips of 6 & singles on commodity 80 mm thermal printers every till already runs — the "Network Final / Bingo Beats" toggle is one pipeline, two games.
Signed, offline-verifiable QR. An Ed25519 payload any box validates with no network — the grid lives server-side, so a forged ticket fails the hash.
Tap your band at purchase and the never-miss-a-win safety net unlocks, whichever game you're playing.
The show beat

The shout is the show; the system is the safety net.

Shout → estate pause. A "HOUSE!" pauses the draw across the country — the caller flips to "CLAIM CHECK AT…" and the pause becomes content.
Scan → verify locally. Floor staff scan the QR; signature, void-check and evaluation run offline in an instant — same flow, numbers or music.
Same call → share the pot. Two genuine winners at different parks share — latency never decides a winner.
"Hold the dance floor… someone over there is on £500 and doesn't know it."

Band-linked tickets get an auto safety net: an unclaimed win triggers an escalating, comedic zone-level callout — never a name. Still unclaimed, it's banked against the ticket with a nudge to the guest's profile.

Both formats are now regulated

Two cash games means two age-gates — one credential.

Verified 18+

Standard band

ID checked once at issue. Band-linked cash sales clear instantly on either format; the colour is the across-the-room human check.

Under 18

Junior band

A distinct colour staff see at a glance; band-linked cash sales are hard-blocked. Family no-stakes prize bingo stays open to all ages, separately.

This evolves the locked spec. Spec 19 §9 still reads music bingo as no-stakes — the live design already treats it as a real-money co-star on the shared pot. Formalising that (a v0.4 update) is the call this deck asks the founders to greenlight.

The new cost of music

Real-money music means real music rights.

A no-stakes warm-up could lean on the venue's background-music licence. A commercial, ticketed, broadcast music game needs its own rights position — the one genuinely new workstream the co-star model creates.
Songwriters
🎼

PRS for Music

Covers the composition — songwriters & publishers. Required wherever a track plays in public.

Recordings
💿

PPL

Covers the recording — labels & performers. PPL PRS Ltd issues the joint licence.

Built-in
📋

Per-play reporting

The draw log already records every track, in order, timestamped — the usage report, generated for free.

Cleared
🗂️

Curated catalogue

Pre-cleared themed playlists — a park can never accidentally play an unlicensed track on a cash game.

Existing
🏨

Venue / park

Bingo operating licence — large park groups typically already hold one. Covers both formats.

Linked-game op

Whether the linked layer needs its own entity — the National Bingo Game is the precedent.

New for music
🎵

Music rights

PRS + PPL for the broadcast music game — the only licence line the co-star model adds.

Provably fair · boringly reliable

Both draws provable. The room never freezes.

🎲

Certified RNG

A cloud Draw Authority generates number order and playlist order from a GC-certified RNG.

🔒

Commit-then-call

The full draw is hash-committed at sales-close, released call-by-call. Tamper-proof, provable post-hoc.

📒

Append-only ledger

Every sale, claim, payout and track is a ULID event — the audit trail that also closes the books.

Resilience
0

internet needed mid-game

A WAN drop degrades to a house game, never a dead room. Every payout idempotent.
